§ 03Vereinszweck
Der Verein, dessen Tätigkeit nicht auf Gewinn gerichtet ist, bezweckt die Förderung und Unterstützung von Bildungs- und Kulturaustauschaktivitäten unter Jugendlichen im Sinne der Gemeinnützigkeit gemäß §§ 34–47 der Bundesabgabenordnung (BAO).
Der Verein verfolgt ausschließlich und unmittelbar gemeinnützige Zwecke im Sinne der Förderung von Bildung, interkulturellem Austausch und Jugendbeteiligung — insbesondere durch Bildungsprojekte im Rahmen des Erasmus+ Programms der Europäischen Union.

§ 04Vertretungsberechtigt
Vertretungsregel gemäß § 13 der Statuten
Der/die Obmann/Obfrau vertritt den Verein nach außen. Schriftliche Ausfertigungen des Vereins bedürfen zu ihrer Gültigkeit der Unterschrift des/der Obmanns/Obfrau. In Geldangelegenheiten ist ebenfalls nur die Unterschrift des/der Obmanns/Obfrau erforderlich.

Information über die Tätigkeit des Vereins zur Förderung der Jugendmobilität, des interkulturellen Austauschs und der aktiven europäischen Bürgerschaft. Aufklärung über das Erasmus+ Programm der Europäischen Union und vergleichbare Förderinstrumente. Politisch und konfessionell unabhängig.
§ 07Online-Streitbeilegung
Die Europäische Kommission stellt eine Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung (OS) bereit: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Der Verein ist weder bereit noch verpflichtet, an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

§ 02Legal form & registration
§ 03Purpose
The association, which does not pursue profit, aims to promote and support educational and cultural exchange activities among young people, in the public-benefit sense of §§ 34–47 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO).
The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes in education, intercultural exchange, and youth participation — in particular through educational projects under the European Union's Erasmus+ programme.
A full description of the association's purpose is set out in § 2 of the Statutes.
§ 04Authorised representative
Representation rule (§ 13 of the Statutes)
The Chairperson represents the association externally. Written communications of the association require the signature of the Chairperson for validity. In financial matters, only the signature of the Chairperson is required.

§ 06Editorial direction
Information on the work of the association in promoting youth mobility, intercultural exchange, and active European citizenship. Public education on the European Union's Erasmus+ programme and comparable funding instruments. Independent of any political party or religious denomination.
§ 07Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The association is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
